Frequently asked questions
If your question is not answered here, please get in touch — we are always happy to talk through the practicalities.
When can I take my puppy home?
Puppies leave us no earlier than eight weeks of age, and often a little later depending on the litter. The ready-to-leave date is listed on each litter page.
Can I visit before deciding?
Yes, and we encourage it. Visits are strictly by appointment only so that we can give you proper time and keep the establishment calm for the dogs.
Do you deliver puppies?
We ask families to collect their puppy in person so that you can see where they were raised and ask any final questions. If you have a genuine difficulty travelling, please talk to us.
What health testing do your parents have?
Both parents are health-screened and DNA-tested, and we will discuss the specific tests for each litter with you directly. We do not make claims we cannot substantiate with paperwork.
Are your puppies microchipped and vaccinated?
Yes. Every puppy is vet-checked, microchipped and started on their vaccination course before leaving, with a full record supplied.
Can I reserve a puppy?
Yes, once a litter is available for reservation. We will discuss the process and the terms with you before anything is agreed.
What if my circumstances change?
Contact us immediately. We would always rather help find a sensible solution than see one of our dogs end up in difficulty.
Do you sell to families with young children?
Often, yes — but we will talk honestly about breeds and temperaments that suit your household, and we may recommend a different breed or an older puppy where that is the better fit.
